• Control quality and cost during product development
using APQP(Advanced Product Quality Planning) and LP
(Lean Production) concepts.
• 运用先期质量策划方法和精益生产理念将质量和成本控制
在产品开发过程中。
• Organize product manufacturability analysis to ensure
that the production achieves the predetermined quality
and profit goals in the mass production process.
• 组织产品可制造性分析确保产品在量产过程中达成预定的
质量和利润目标。
• According to Continuous Flow and Flexibility design,
develop Production Flow and Production Line/Unit layout.
• 按连续流和柔性化设计、开发生产流程和生产线/单元布
局。
• Calculate production capacity and equipment selection
and investment budget.
• 计算生产能力及设备的选用和投资预算。
• Responsible for the design and development of tooling,
tools, and fixtures, etc.
• 负责工装、刀具和夹具等的设计和开发。
• Responsible for the compilation of process documents,
guidance and training on the preparation of work
instructions.
• 负责工艺文件的编制、作业指导书的编写指导和培训。
• Responsible for testing the production process,
equipment, cutting tools, moulds and assembly test
certification and modification in the trial production stage.

• 负责试生产阶段的生产流程、设备、刀具、模具和工装等
的验证及改善。
• Summarize, collate and manage relevant technical
documents.
• 相关技术文件的汇总、整理和管理。
Mass Production 量产管理
• Applying Value Stream Analysis and Lean Production
Tools：
• 运用价值流分析和精益生产工具：
• Find and eliminate all no-value-add production behaviour
to shorten the production lead-time.
• 寻找并消除一切不增值的生产活动，缩短产品生产周期。
• Continuously improve production efficiency and reduce
production cost.
• 持续提高生产效率，降低生产成本。
• Training and guidance for quick modules change over,
continuously shorten change over time.
• 培训和指导快速换模，持续缩短产品切换时间。
• Tool library management and tool cost control.
• 刀具库的管理和刀具成本控制。
• Develop staff skill training programs.
• 制定员工技能培训方案。
